About the Role
The Engineering Coordinator supports end-to-end planning and engineering activities, ensuring all schedules, documentation, and coordination tasks are executed efficiently. The role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and track engineering activities using structured planning schedules and tools.
- Support clash detection, model updates, and coordination with architectural and structural teams.
- Participate in client and consultant meetings, preparing meeting minutes and follow-up action plans.
- Work closely with senior engineering and drafting teams to ensure accurate deliverables.
- Utilize MS Project or similar software to support planning workflows.
