About the Role
The BIM Modeler will produce accurate 3D models, coordinate multi-disciplinary designs, and support project documentation. The role demands strong software expertise and familiarity with relevant HVACR and construction standards.Responsibilities
- Develop and update BIM models based on required LOD/LOd standards.
- Perform clash detection and ensure coordinated design across disciplines.
- Implement project standards using Revit templates, AutoCAD menus, and Dynamo tools.
- Prepare BOM, BOQ, fabrication details, installation details, and construction schedules.
- Coordinate piping, subassembly fabrication, materials, and equipment layouts.
- Ensure compliance with relevant codes and standards (IIAR, ASHRAE, ASME, EN, etc.).
Qualifications
- Degree or Diploma in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Refrigeration Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years experience in HVACR or construction industries.
- Strong understanding of refrigeration systems and materials.
- Proficient in Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office.
